Add pixel reconstruction to Allen Rich (test configuration)

This MR adds the tests to verify if the Allen reconstruction of the RICH Photon Detector pixels from the RICH Hit SmartIDs match those reconstructed by HLT2's Rec SIMDSummaryPixels algorithm.
