Add gamma+jet lines

This MR adds the converted photon + jet lines that were added during the 2024 pp reference run to full-energy pp running. Also adds a new HLT1 converted photon line (Allen!1828 (merged)) as input to the GammaDDJet line.

Bandwidth testing shows a negligible increase in bandwidth (no increase over 100k events). The DD line selects 0/100k events, while the LL line selects 5/100k.

Note that this BW test was performed without the additional HLT1 line from Allen!1828 (merged). Once this line is merged, the rate of Hlt2QEE_GammaDDJetFull will increase. If the increase in BW is too large, Hlt2QEE_GammaDDJetFull can be prescaled or the new HLT1 line can be removed from the input list. In the latter case, the line will correspond to the line tested here.

Local Estimation of BW

With Changes:
Ran over 100,000 events. Full-stream events = 371
Full-stream filesize = 47.5 MB

Without Changes:
Ran over 100,000 events.
Full-stream events = 371
Full-stream filesize = 47.5 MB

Conclusion:
Change to QEE's Turbo Rate = 0
Change to QEE's Turbo BW = 0
Change to QEE's Full-stream Rate = 0
Change to QEE's Full-stream BW = 0

There is no detectable change in sprucing BW.
