Draft: Add option for electron persistency for bandq selective persistence lines

Added options to persist electrons (both with and without bremsstralung corrections) to B&Q selective persistence lines. Expect small increase in sprucing BW compared to current implementation of selective persistency (Around ~5%). By default, store:

  • Long electrons w/bremsstrahlung correction from same PV as candidate
  • Detached (OWNPVIPCHI2 > 6) long electrons w/bremsstrahlung correction
  • All downstream electrons w/bremsstrahlung correction
