Make explicit which part of the raw event to use

The MR makes explicit which part of the raw event to use. The functionality was already implemented in default_raw_event but not properly used in many places. However, this is important when the input is not an mdf or digi but a dst where the raw event is split.

Added qm test for Hlt2 reconstruction.
