Adding of run 1 and 2 QEE A2MuMu lines to run 3

This merge would add the A2MuMu stripping lines used in LHC run 1 and 2 for the run 3 period. Due to problems compiling the stack for the lhcb-master tag I could not test these lines myself. So I hope they do work as expected.
