Reduce Xi0 combinatorics (!4650) · Merge requests · LHCb / Moore

Follow up on !4159 (merged). Should reduce combinatorics as much as possible.

Cone cut not working because LHCb and Rec interference broke F.ETA and F.PHI functors
F.ETA hot fix available in LHCb!4993 (closed)
F.PHI discussed in LHCb#390 (closed)

The mass cut could be included already probably. Tests on Simulation still ongoing.

Solution: Completely removed dependence now on the above functors by manually setting it up based on momenta components and simple functors. Mass cut and cone cut are verified offline on simulation.
