Add hadronic interaction lines for SMOG2 tracking studies

This MR add D* -> DO(-> K pi)pi and D* -> D0(-> K pi pi pi)pi lines to be used as a cross-check for SMOG2 tracking studies.

The bandwidth was tested on pp+pAr data filtered with a 2025-like HLT1 configuration. These lines are Turbo only, so they have a small contribution to the IFT Turbo bandwidth.
