add UP tracking system

It should be merged with Rec!4288 (merged)

@rquaglia Added functionalities in option files to merge FT+ MP tracks , and use merged linkers, and track fit with MT+MP

As of now it seems like that the Matching with "add-UP hits" is not put in any sequence , this must be reitroduced and checked/compared to approach using standalone UP input segments.
