Tune BdsToKstzKstzb rate

This MR reduces the bandwith of the BnoC BdsToKstzKstzb line by requiring:

  • TRACK_CHI2_NDOF < 3 for the kaons/pions
  • TRACK_GHOST_PROB < 0.6 for the kaons/pions

These cuts reduced the bandwidth in my local test from 31.06 MB/s to 14.15 MB/s so just over halved. I tested them also on some W31.W34 signal MC that had already gone through HLT2 and applying the cuts on top of that was 97% signal efficient.
