Implementing isolation to all baryonic lines. Based on !4701 (merged) (bnoc_isolation_update)

Tested locally, total increase of bandwidth across all baryonic lines (including changes already in !4701 (merged)): 2% (9.30 -> 9.56 MB/s)

Throughput change: < 0.1 %

Minimal throughput change is mainly due to most of lines are currently reasonably tuned with a very low resulting retention rate.
