Add stream in new IFT turbo lines and last hlt2 changes

A few latest changes for IFT lines. Add stream attribute "ift" to new turbo lines in 2025 (react to #950 (closed))

The agreed persistency configuration for pp femptoscopy lines is applied, which were not applied in the previous MR due to the problem mentioned in !4484 (comment 9293491). Now with the hotfix discussed in #957 the selective tracking persistency work.
