    • Move MVA into wrapper
    • Move MVA cut for simple modification with configurable
    • Add monitoring histogram for MVA score to be added in follow-up MR

    • Review which functions need to be configurable
    • Tidy code

3 bandwidth tests have been run, each with progressively slightly tighter cuts:
