Reduce DiMuonNoIP rate

This MR splits the DiMuonNoIP line into three sections:

  • low mass (<1.1 GeV)
  • mid mass (900 MeV - 11 GeV)
  • high mass (>9 GeV)

so that the muon PID can be cut on harder in the mid range. For the mid mass line, the pid_mu cut is increased to 0 from -10. The same changes are done to the same sign line for consistency. Having the mass ranges overlap some will help us later be able to bump hunt for the analysis without worrying about different PID cuts on either side of one split point. Before this change the DiMuonNoIP line had a rate of approximately 13.48 kHz and now they have

  • low mass: 3.43 kHz
  • mid mass: 3.59 kHz
  • high mass: 0.03 kHz

which in total is ~52% of the current rate.
