Fix diphoton mass histogram, add back prompt D monitors, fix default delta-mass monitors

• Fix for https://lblogbook.cern.ch/Shift/63401
• Previous changes removed requirements that D mesons should be prompt. These requirements produce a cleaner sample, desirable for DQ.
  • Additional monitors were put in place, so that both, prompt and the full D samples are monitored.
• Fix parsing of delta mass functors, after their implementation changed recently.
