[RTADPA BW Tests] Fix SLB not appearing in BW test plots and tables
!4864 (merged) introduced a bug where SLB was not on some plots, and their table breakdown was not made (highlighted here)

Numbers differ only because the image above was generated with 10k input HLT2 events rather than 100k
This confusion arises in the first place because the semileptonic streams are named sl and sllow, whereas the working group is called SLB. To fix this, both SL and SLB are now recognised in KNOWN_WORKING_GROUPS, and SL is called in logic to identify streams, and SLB is called in logic to identify lines.
