Given this mass peak from the original MR, this value should still capture the majority of the resonance peak for hadronically decaying bosons targeting this line (W->cX simulation shown):

Need CI test, and whatever is gained back from rate reduction should be used to reduce the pre-scale to make a net-zero change.
