Fix too many combinations in inclusive detached dielectron lines

In the inclusive detached dilepton lines, there are too many combinations in the lines with neutral hadrons and in the dielectron lines. To fix the neutral hadron lines (KS or Lambda0), a lifetime cut of 1 ps is introduced. For the dielectron lines, the PT cut is tightened from 250 MeV to 400 MeV.

BW tested with rd_lines_full.py script from https://gitlab.cern.ch/LHCb-RD/rd-rta-guide/-/tree/master/testing-utils?ref_type=heads, but only running over IDD lines, 100k events in total.

No further warnings seen after these fixes.

In addition, to reduce the BW, the inclusive dielectron and electron-muon lines were tightened further. In particular, for MVA-based lines:

  • Electron PT tightened from 250 MeV to 350 MeV

For cut-based lines:

  • Electron PT tightened from 400 MeV to 500 MeV
  • Electron P tightened from 2 GeV to 3 GeV
  • Electron IPCHI2 tightened from 36 to 40

This reduced the BW further to 1152 MB/s (file size 85.5 MB). In total, that's a 16% reduction of the BW.
