B2OC: fix to b2oc spruce and LTU lines

  • improve selection to reduce retention of BdToDsmKKPi_DsmToKmKpPim and BdToDmKKPi_DmToPimPimKp spruce lines
  • improve selection to reduce retention of Bs2D(s)h (2) and Bs2Dhhh (1) hlt2 LTU lines, will have to cross check the logic reading back with DaVinci
  • provide retention reduction for these 5 lines
