B2OC: loose cuts in B2OC multibody builder

• Remove DOCA cuts between charged particles and pi0 in the make_dzero_to_hhpi0 builder
• Add a remove_clone option for multibody builders, default set to False.
• Tighten the following cuts for hhpi0 lines to reduce their rates
  • photons from pi0: CL > 0.5, pt > 250 MeV
  • pi0: pt > 750 MeV, p > 2 GeV
  • D0: IPCHI2 > 9
  • D0 daughters: IPCHI2 > 9
  • B SigmaNet > 0.3
• Include Calo digits and rawbanks for hhpi0 lines
• Tighten PID cuts for the following lines (suggested by @sblusk )
  • BdToDsmPbarPPi_DsmToKmKpPim
  • BdToDstpPbarPK_DstpToD0Pi_D0ToHH
  • BdToDstpPbarPPi_DstpToD0Pi_D0ToHHHH
