Fixed CC in decay descriptors for SpruceRD_B0ToHpHm{EE,MuMu}

@fibishop @jagoodin @desahoo very sorry but it looks like I introduced a bug when changing a rho(770)0 to Kst(892)0 😥

When testing on 2025 data, I see an increase in the file size from 4.1 MB to 4.4 MB, when comparing rd-devel-june25 with this branch. That's a 7% increase, which I think we can afford?
