B2OC: prescaled several neutral lines
- As the resolved pi0 reconstruction efficiency decreases with increasing pT, I will use the default value of 0.5 GeV. The previous value of 1.8 GeV was too harsh.
- The default pT selection for merged pi0 is 2 GeV, which is good enough.
- Set the prescale to 0.2 for the problematic lines to meet the bandwidth requirement for now.
