Removing pipi mis-ID mass veto from Hlt2PID_DstToD0Pi_D0ToKPi, as it distorts the upper mass sideband, which makes modelling more challenging.

Based on 2024 data, which did not have this veto (correctly) applied, I expect this to affect the rate by a negligible amount, ~0.1 %.
