(updates to trackeff turbo module) Add lines for kaon efficiency from downstream, fix velo line

This MR adds additional lines that probe the efficiency of the VELO detector using Ds -> phi pi decays.
It also fixes a bug in the "velo2long" line, which so far was using long tracks instead of velo tracks.
