Remove the lifetime requirements in lines for strange decays
When processing Run 2 data, it has been shown that there is an issue with the OWNPVLTIME functor in which the fit does not converge, leading to the return of NaN and a subsequent negative decision in the trigger lines selecting prompt KS0 and Sigma+ hadrons. This has a negative impact in the efficiency, and it has been shown that the requirement on the transverse flight distance is enough to get rid of most of the background from the PV. After following the RD guidelines and running over 120K events, we haven't spotted differences in the rates (at all!), but we managed to get rid of errors of the type
