Draft: Addition of new ghost probability tuning for light ions run

New ghost probability tuning is added for the new light ion run. The NN used are the same ones as pp 2025 Rec!4333 (merged) with the same training features. It were traininig with expected 2025 \mathrm{OO} simulations produced privately with Sim10f. Waiting for the official simulation
