Adding ApplyGammaToEnergy condition
Adding 'ApplyGammaToEnergy' condition to CaloECorrection, so that gamma is added to the energy when reconstruction is applied to data (no gamma added in simulation)
Goes with Rec!4501 (merged), Detector!783 (merged) and lhcb-datapkg/ParamFiles!158 (closed)
