Add online routing bits for calibmon

As described in https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/MooreOnline/-/blob/master/MooreOnlineConf/python/MooreOnlineConf/utils.py?ref_type=heads#L78-108 the routing bit numbering online changed and that is likely the reason why CalibMon works like charm offline, but doesn't process any events online, as described in MooreOnline#101 This simple extension should fix it.
