B2OC: new lines selecting B -> D0[Kpi] Eta(')[PiPiG(G)] decays

Lines selecting B->D0Eta(') decays with the D0->Kpi and Eta->pipipi0(gg), Eta'->pipieta(gg), Eta->pipig and Eta'->pipig.

Same-sign-pion lines are also included to study background.

These are meant to be sprucing lines in 2025 (could be changed to turbo in 2026).

The cuts are not too tight at the moment to leave some margin for rate reduction if needed.

CALO digits and clusters are saved in all lines to allow correction for ECAL miscalibration.
