Add eeFarFromActivity to list of not triggered HLT1 lines in VdM sequence

As discussed in https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/opg/-/issues/142 Don't want to write out all the data triggered by Hlt1ODINeeFarFromActivity so excluding it in the regex. I understand that this is a permanent change, so I did not create a new sequence.
