Add new Bc2Xgamma lines

  • Adding new Bc2Dxgamma lines http://arxiv.org/abs/1511.03805 where Dx = (Ds1(2460)+, Ds1(2536)+, Ds2*+) with standard and converted photons. They go in spruce with loose selections on top of the topo/rad inclusive lines since this is a completely untested topology that we don't have simulation for.
  • Add BcToDsstGamma spruce line with pT>100MeV requirement on the soft photon. This compliments the turbo line that has a very tight pT>500MeV requirement but does not have the inefficiency from the inclusive lines.
  • Add BsToDsstPi and BsToDsPi lines to calibrate the Dsst soft photon reconstruction. Lines are added here rather than using the existing B2OC lines in order to ensure pT coverage to 100MeV.
  • Add Dz->K3pi final state for D*+Gamma turbo lines
  • Rename some D builders to include specification of final state
  • Tighter Ds/Dz meson requirements: DIRA>0.996, VDDRHO>0.1mm
  • Looser Bc->D*gamma requirements: DIRA>0.995 (cf 0.9995)
