Tighten Bs2JpsiKstar lines
Merge request for modifying line Hlt2B2CC_BsToJpsiKstarDecision and SpruceB2CC_BsToJpsiKstarWideDecision
Description of the MR
This MR aims to tighten the selection requirements to reduce the rate and the bandwidth consumption. The modifications are inspired by the latest Run2 Bs2JpsiKstar analysis, they are listed below:

Impact of the updated selection requirements
The modified selection requirements are applied to the 25c1 magdown data sample, selected by HLT2B2CCBsToJpsiKstarDecision.
The sample is reduced by 98%, which means that, with the new selection requirements applied, the rate or bandwidth would be just 2% of the original value.
