New changes for the dst_to_dee module for September MD
This MR is aiming to reduce the large bw observed in the latest bw test.
Changes:
- Tighten the dielectron mass range
- Tighten the BDT cut
- Add HLT1 filters
TO DO:
- Apply a photon conversions veto cut in the dielectron maker (65% reduction)
- Possibly by implementing a new functor
- Replace the photon isolation by the new method of saving the floats
