New changes for the dst_to_dee module for September MD

This MR is aiming to reduce the large bw observed in the latest bw test.

Changes:

  • Tighten the dielectron mass range
  • Tighten the BDT cut
  • Add HLT1 filters

TO DO:

  • Apply a photon conversions veto cut in the dielectron maker (65% reduction)
    • Possibly by implementing a new functor
  • Replace the photon isolation by the new method of saving the floats
