B2OC: fix D0ToKsPi0 lines, add CALO info into the builders

• fix the particle combiner of the D0 -> Ks pi0 lines
• add an option in generic line builders to include calo info for some lines, move definitions of D0 -> hhpi0 lines to the generic builder

I believe their BW are fine, the event sizes are typically very small.
