[RTA/DPA BW tests]: Cherry pick !4882 to master

See !4882 (merged).

All except the final commit there is cherry-picked, which ensures that the documentation link correctly points to the master doc deployment, whereas on !4882 (merged) 228f5d03 changed it to point to the 2025-patches doc build, hence that final commit was not cherry-picked.
