Tight ccbaryon_to_hyperon_dh for SepTS
Tighten the ccbaryon_to_hyperon_dh lines with the following changes
- Add HLT1 filters
- Tighten mass window on Xi- and chi2/ndof of ccbaryon
Bandwidth is estimated based on hlt2_input_data_2025_run_321707 samples with about 72k events: from 0.0188(GB/s) to 0.0059(GB/s).
