Fix: Replace BPV(pvs) functors by OWNPV functors

Addressing the issue !868.

Replace BPV(pvs) by OWNPV as suggested in !2886 (closed). No changes in physics are expected, but savings in CPU time.

Meant to be merged to the collection of changes to the QEE lines for the September MD deadline.
