Fix the mismatch in a decay descriptor of the hexaquark module

Follow up of #988 (comment 9940692)

The _xsec_make_lc_or_xicp_pKpi maker creates Lambda_c by default. Therefore, to create Xi_c candidates the decay descriptor has to be added manually.

The bw of the affected lines (Hlt2Charm_HccppToXicpPp, Hlt2Charm_HccppToXicpPp_WS) remaims zero though.
