Contributing

DO NOT PUSH directly to the branch of this MR unless you are instructed to do so by the coordinators. Instead please open a MR targeting the rd-devel-sep25 branch; add the RD label; and request a review from the RD Run 3 taskforce.

The deadline for contributions is 22 September. At this point the merge requests must be complete and the impact must be evaluated following these instructions. The MR description must include

• Impact on rate
• Impact on bandwidth
• Table of change in rate for each line This must be measured using all RD lines in that stream (turbo/full/spruce) in order to identify undesired changes to other lines.

Do not rebase or force-push to this branch since this might lead to losses on the changes
