Description

Updates the options file and validator for the QMTest RecoConf.hlt1_pvs_with_beamspotmoni_2023 so that the test exercises the three modes introduced in Rec!4564 (merged). Also updates the input data of the test from 2023 data to 2024 data and renames files consistently.

Testing Rec!4564 (merged)

The purporse of Rec!4564 (merged) was to allow the BeamSpotMonitor algorithm to track updates to IR conditions that are published by independent processes. In order to exercise this, the updated hlt1_pvs_with_beamspotmoni_2024.py script runs three instances of BeamSpotMonitor in series. Each instance is configured with a different IRCondInitStrategy (see Rec!4564 (merged)). The three instances are configured with different thresholds to elicit non-trivial interactions among them. However, these thresholds are specifically tuned to the dataset, and the details of the behavior are dependent on the PV reconstruction.
