MVA line for LbToPpPimMuMu using ONNX MLService
The goal of this MR is to add a new hlt2 line for the selection of LbToPpPimMuMu using an autoencoder as selection algorithm. Needs Rec!4524 (merged) which was merged into master, not 2025-patches. Needs also lhcb-datapkg/ParamFiles!159 (merged) to include .onnx file of the model.

RESULTS ON BANDWIDTH AND RATE OF THE LINE:
total BW without line = 373,954 MB/s
total BW with line = 375,036 MB/s
- BW of line = 1,082 MB/s
total rate without line = 11157 Hz
total rate with line = 11202 Hz
- rate of line = 45Hz
