Make new pi0 monitor in RecoMon and update HLT2 pi0 monitor
We discussed with @jmarchan that it would be good to have pi0 monitors that resemble the pi0 calibration task. Attempting to have it for Online and OfflineDQ.
- For RecoMon:
- added a new monitor, where I aligned the cuts to the pi0 calibration task (but kept the photon ID)
- unfortunately not much statistics available, so splitting by region doesn't make much sense.
- For HLT2:
- added aligned the cuts to the pi0 calibration task and removed the prescale of 1e-6 (NPVs<2 already provides a prescale of ~1/22000, on top of that the selection is tighter and in general the task was achieving quite a low number of events)
This should be targeting October MD if possible, so I took the liberty to assign the milestone.
To be done/checked if feasible:
-
validate selection by testing with testbench and HLT2 -
investigate whether extra plots split by CALO region (inner, middle, outer) are feasible
The plots with nPV cut (made running on 5 mdfs):
The plots without nPV cut, but cutting hard on the photon ET:
