butohhh: add isovars for spruce lines for 2024 and 2025 resprucing.

We aim to include isolation variables (isovars) in the full stream, targeting the upcoming re-sprucing campaigns for 2025 and the future one for 2024.

Currently, the 2024 hlt2 lines do not contain isolation variable information, and neither the 2024 nor the 2025 sprucing lines include it yet.

Spruce (Here, I'm including PPH and HHH lines together):

rate BuToKpKpKm (kHz) = 0.1151090*64.9 (kHz)/100 = 0.075

rate BuToPpPmKp (kHz) = 0.01670937*64.9 (kHz)/100 = 0.065

I'm also adding here the changes that we would like to implement for our B0->pppp and B0->pp lines. Here, we want a large mass range after the Bs0 mass and reduce the background level.

rate BdsToPpPm(kHz) = 0.01670937*64.9 (kHz)/100 = 0.011

rate BdsToPpPpPmPm(kHz) = 0
