b2cc: BdsToJpsiX_JpsiToPP spruce lines for 2024 and 2025 resprucing.

We aim to have a more uniform selection of spruce lines for the 2024 and 2025 datasets. We are targeting the upcoming re-sprucing campaigns for 2025 and the future ones for 2024.

All rates went to zero with the current selection when testing with https://gitlab.cern.ch/-/snippets/3649.
