Fix test failures due to CondDB and other minor issues
Create test TCKs in a platform specific directory
Fix (somehow) tests for rerunning on stripping 20
Update reference for hlt2prcheck and improve reproducibility
Remove the tistos test, track decoding tests, and the hlt1only and hlt2only tests
Remove unused test options
Improve .gitignore
