Modify JpsiX0 lines with a converted photon

Modify/add lines with a converted photons. This request is pending the implementation of converted photons as standard particles (see !5376 (merged)).

• removed LL builders (recent Run2 studies show there is no rate);
• JpsiKst: remove Kpi mass window around K*+ and get rid of Kpi0 combiners (for converted photons only!);
• add more vertex cuts for JpsiPi0, JpsiEta and JpsiKst. In the two first case, change combiner from ParticleAdderAssignVtx to ParticleVertexFitter (currently all dielectrons have a vertex, so the JpsiGGee vertex is different than the Jpsi vertex (was not the case with two calo photons))
• add JpsiPiEta lines with similar syntax as JpsiKPi0.
