A2MuMu lines for resprucing with removed HLT2 dependencies

For any future resprucing of the 2025 data and eventually the 2024 data this merge request has the HLT2 dependencies for the A2MuMu lines removed. This is true for the oppositely and same-signed di-muon candidate sprucing lines.
