B2OC: new lines with a converted photon (DX0 with D=D0,Ds+ and X0=pi0,eta)

This request creates B->D0X0 and Ds+X0 lines, with X0=Pi0,Eta decaying to two photons, one of which converts. This request is pending the implementation of converted photons as standard particles (see !5376 (merged)). This request replaces !5401 (closed).
