BnoC: BuToHHH update rel tables args.

We moved BuToHHH and BdsToPp(PpPm)Pm lines over to iso_kwargs, bringing it in line with what other spruce lines. This way, we can access any cone angle up to 1 and check which is the best option for Run 3 analysis.
