[BnoC] remove all requirement on the PV for Lb for Xib->Lbpi decay

Remove all unwanted cuts from the secondary vertex in the Xib- -> Lb pi decays with Lb -> p pi / p K.

These cuts are already applied to the Xib and don't make sense for the Lb vertex.

The bandwidth of XibmToLbPim_LbToPpKm/PpPim increases 0.252195 MB/s -> 0.381276 MB/s.
