Remove TopoTag Lines
The TopoTag dijet lines are not to be a focus of any analysis, and we have taken a significant sample in 2024 and 2025 of these. Propose to remove completely for 2026 to reduce bandwidth.
As an aside, this will increase individual unique BW of other HF jet lines, but will decrease the overall footprint. This we should keep in mind in any future discussions on individual line rates when comparing to artificial goalposts. But because of this, I think these changes should be considered to be merged into master early on in the 2026 changes to give a more accurate benchmark of future incoming further jet tunings.
